If you notice your nail beginning to chip or lift within this period, please contact us for a complimentary nail repair appointment.

  • We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can pay for our services using debit/credit cards and cash.

  • At Palace Nails and Spa, we are dedicated to creating a serene and enjoyable environment for all our valued guests. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that you use earphones when watching videos on your device or speaking on the phone. For hygiene and the comfort of all patrons, we do not allow outside food inside the salon. We also ask that you do not bring animals into our establishment.

    Please be aware that Palace Nails and Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior towards other clients or any member of our staff. We appreciate your help in maintain a welcoming environment for all.

  • Our salon operates on a schedule designed to ensure a smooth experience for all of our customers. If, due to the technician's pre-existing appointments, you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, your service, art, or design may be limited, or in some cases, your appointment may be terminated and treated as a same day cancellation.
